    Director of Nutrition

Harry Hall, known as Harry or "H," is a co-owner and co-founder of Kronos Human Performance, and is an expert in the field of human performance. His journey in the world of human performance is not only defined by his academic achievements and certifications but also by his profound passion for helping athletes and individuals achieve their health and performance goals.

Harry began his educational journey at the University of Southern Maine, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training, coupled with a Minor in Coaching. During his time at USM, he served as a student Athletic Trainer for various teams, including Men's and Women's Lacrosse, Hockey, Wrestling, and more. His dedication to assisting athletes from a medical perspective was evident. In addition to his role as a trainer, Harry was a dedicated member of the USM Men's Soccer team, even captaining the team during his sophomore and junior years. However, he made the decision to conclude his college soccer career to focus on his future in aiding other athletes in achieving their life aspirations.

After obtaining his Athletic Training Certified certification (ATC), Harry ventured south to pursue a Master of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport and Exercise Science from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi (TAMU-CC). During his master's studies, Harry worked as a graduate assistant athletic trainer for the Army ROTC Battalion on campus, where he oversaw the well-being of over 120 cadets. This role provided him with ample opportunities to assist injured tactical athletes in returning to training efficiently, as well as covering practices for DI sports teams. Harry also served as a preceptor for the university's Athletic Training program, mentoring up to six students in a single semester, as they worked toward their Athletic Training degrees and credentials.

Early in his tenure at TAMU-CC, he interned with the Strength and Conditioning Department under Head Strength and Conditioning Coach Lee Scott, who served as his mentor and aided him in preparing for the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification (CSCS). Harry's commitment to expanding his expertise led him to apply his CSCS knowledge to the Battalion, providing his services as a strength coach. He even traveled with the baseball team as their strength coach, preparing them for significant games against schools such as the University of Texas and Oklahoma University.

Upon completing his master's degree, Harry returned to the world of soccer, taking on the role of Athletic Trainer for the Women's DI soccer team at TAMU-CC, where he played an essential role in ensuring the players' health and well-being.

In 2019, he relocated to the Northeast and joined the Major League Soccer (MLS) club, New England Revolution Academy, as an athletic trainer and strength and conditioning coach. He oversaw the healthcare of 100 youth soccer players and continued to expand his knowledge by acquiring a Nutrition Coach certification (PN2).

Harry's dedication to serving athletes extended to a volunteer role as an Athletic Trainer at the United States Olympic Center (USOC) in Colorado Springs, CO, during a US Olympic Medical rotation, further enriching his experience.

A year later, he was promoted to lead the medical care for the club's second team, New England Revolution II. His role included extensive travel, providing top-notch medical care to professional soccer players. His journey with the club continued to ascend as he was subsequently appointed as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for the New England Revolution's First Team. At the end of the 2021 season, he transitioned to a Performance Coach for the First Team, where he managed the club's nutritional concerns and led team activation sessions.

Just six months later, H was appointed as the Head Performance Coach for the First Team, overseeing all aspects of strength and conditioning programming, and end-stage rehabilitation for the First Team as well as nutritional concerns for the club.

Currently, H teaches a college nutrition class at Anna Maria College, and oversee’s the nutrition coaching for KHP. Harry's journey in the world of human performance stands as a testament to his unwavering dedication and commitment to helping individuals achieve their health and performance goals.
